New Management Company
The Peninsula Property Owners Association is pleased to announce Premier Management Company will replace Hawthorne as our property/community manager effective January 1st, 2026.
Over the last several months, the PPOA Board of Directors has been reviewing our vendor arrangements and contracts with an eye toward lowering or maintaining costs and driving efficiencies where possible. The move to Premier was not the only change; however, it will be the one most visible to all Peninsula property owners.
Some of the other behind the scenes changes include combined insurance policies offering better coverage and lower cost, stricter project scope control to avoid unexpected expenses, and more rigorous cash and reserve account management to generate better return on investment.
These are just a few of the changes made in 2025 that have enabled us to keep the assessments flat in 2026. But our work is never done, and we continue to look for cost-effective ways to ensure the Peninsula remains the foremost community in the greater Charlotte area.
